Hi there, I need a licensed plumber and gas fitter to manage the plumbing and gas works for a kitchen and laundry renovation. We are moving to a fully integrated laundry and a modernized kitchen. Timeline: The project runs between September 23rd and September 30th. This requires two separate visits. Scope of Work: Visit 1: Rough-in (Around Sept 23rd-25th) Safely cap off the existing water pipes and gas connections. We are doing an integrated laundry. You will need to remove the existing wall-mounted washing machine points and redirect the plumbing so the washing machine connects directly from within the new laundry sink cabinet. Visit 2: Fit-off (Around Sept 28th-30th, after cabinets are in) Laundry: Install the new laundry unit, sink, and mixer tap. Kitchen: Reconnect the kitchen sink and gas cooktop. Install the new kitchen mixer tap. Rangehood: Install the new u under mount rangehood in the kitchen. Requirements: Must be a licensed plumber and gas fitter. Must provide a Compliance Certificate for the gas work. Must be able to coordinate with our cabinet install timeline. Please let me know your availability to get started!
