Need a gas plumber consultation on removal and install of new 900mm oven and cooktop (range hood already in situ)

I need to get the current gas 900mm oven removed and install 900mm free standing induction oven and cooktop. Then dispose the current gas oven. Electrical specifications for the new oven is in the photos. New oven model is Westinghouse 90cm Freestanding Electric Pyrolytic Oven with Induction cooktop. Need to wire a new circuit to match the electrical specifications and need to cap off the gas outlet. Photos of the switchboard is attached.

I need a qualified gas tradesman to run a new gas pipe for a new stove installation. Second kitchen. Gas main pipe is 4 meters away. Easy access to it as the pipe is exposed at about 2.3m high in the garage. New pipe has to go through one plaster wall at ground level. I have no idea how much this job will cost so willing to negotiate.

Having kitchen re-tiled. Need gas stove unattached, so we can move it into a different room. Gas stove, is not that heavy and can easily be moved. Just flexible pipe going into a copper pipe (which comes out of the floor). Electricity is just standard plug into wall socket. Needs to be reinstalled a few days later after tiling is finished!

Need plumber to isolate exisiting cooktop of gas and cap, we are swapping with electric, sparky is already going to isolate electrics. Cheers Sam
