If you are thinking of using Shadi R for a task, do yourself a favour and choose him. I can't sing his praises enough. After many years of our ducted gas heater not working properly and numerous trades coming to service it with no success...Shadi took 1.5 hours to identify the issue. He then ordered the parts, fitted them (all in 2 weeks) and now we have a fully functional heater. Polite, punctual, reasonable pricing and very good at his trade.
