I have ELG fridge, recently I statrted noticing that the cooling in Fridger section is gone down.

Our fridge or freezer has been beeping for a few weeks. We thought it was the seal in freezer coming loose so we’ve taped it up and ordered a new seal for it which hasn’t arrived yet. Yesterday we noticed that the produce in fridge isn’t as cold as it normally is / should be and we’d like someone to come look at it before we buy a new one. I am getting high electrical bills and my provider has suggested I get the fridge checked as something Is running a higher rate every day, I have done the seal test with a piece of paper and it can easily slot through which means air is getting in.
