I have a Samsung front-loader that is causing a bad smell in my laundry. I’ve checked and cleaned the pump filter and door seal. After removing the detergent drawer, I’ve found significant old detergent/softener buildup inside the detergent dispenser housing and internal channels. Looking for someone experienced with washing machines to deep-clean the detergent dispenser housing/internal channels, clean the machine thoroughly, run a drum-clean cycle and also check the drain hose/plumbing connection if the smell remains.

Wondering if someone could help me please I bought a Turbo Line 9D270-98E 7kg dryer off Marketplace and unfortunately once I got it home I realised that one of the three prongs on the power plug has completely snapped off (see photo). I believe the plug itself can be replaced, but I understand I need a licensed electrician to replace the plug on the dryer cord safely. Is there anyone local who could help me with this please? A gas leak test has been carried out at the property, and the installation failed the test and was deemed unsafe due to a “gas escape on outlet pipework.” The gas supply was disconnected on 28/08/2026, and the tenant currently has no hot water. We require someone to: - Attend and locate the exact source of the gas leak. - Confirm what has caused the leak and whether the issue is within the property's pipework. - Advise exactly what repairs are required to make the installation safe. - Provide the cost of the required repairs before proceeding with any substantial additional works. - Complete the repairs once approved. - Pressure/leak test the installation following the repair. - Provide the required Certificate of Compliance upon completion. - Provide a written report at the completion of the job detailing the fault identified, cause of the leak, repairs undertaken, testing completed and confirmation that the gas installation has been repaired and left compliant with the applicable NSW legislation, regulations and gas safety requirements. Replacement of cracked seal on front loader washing machine

My apartment's external laundry room has been recently demolished and so I now need my washing machine to be set up next to the dishwasher in the kitchen. The washing machine needs to be moved from the first floor to a second floor apartment. The dishwasher is currently set up, however both machines will be using the same tap, so they will need to be set up with a joiner. I should have all parts necessary to complete the installation.
