The cooktop and oven are broken and need to be replaced. Both the old units are "plug and play" with 3-point plug into standard 10w power points. I have sourced replacements that are "plug and play" but both are different dimensions. The current oven cavity is 570mm wide x 590 high. It needs to be 580mm x 580mm for the new oven. Exhaust fan in bathroom is getting quite loud when operating. Used to be quieter, and now quite loud. No unusual clicking/bumping or sounds, just loud rotating (tried cleaning it, negligible/no difference). Switch that operates the fan (in combination with bathroom light) is also not turning on/off properly. When switching it doesn’t click neatly into the new position and needs to jiggled into place (can hear electricity arcing a bit when doing this). Need both repaired or replaced. Some flexibility on date. If proposing replacement, please include cost for items.
