What I’ve done so far: Cleaned the filter twice. Checked the drain hose (no kinks/blockages). Drained water manually. Machine makes a buzzing hum when trying to drain, but water does not pump out. This points to either: A blocked or jammed drain pump impeller, or A failed drain pump motor. What I Need: Technician to confirm the fault and repair. If the pump needs replacement, please bring or source a Samsung drain pump motor (part DC31-00187A / DC31-00187B or compatible for model WD85T4046CE/SA) so the repair can be completed in one visit. Check filter gasket and hose for leaks/damage and replace if necessary. Access: Ground floor apartment, washer already pulled out slightly for access. When: Flexible, ASAP preferred.

Looking for someone to build a shelf above a washing machine that can support a 58kg heat pump dryer. Imagining it might be built as a cabinet around the washing machine so that the shelf is supported from the floor.

LG washtower is currently on an appliance stand and doesn't seem level or stable as the machine vibrates a bit more than normal. Need help taking it off the stand and levelling it. Will probably need 2 people to move it as the machine is 128kg, and it may be worth having an appliance dolly. I have some anti vibration pads from Bunnings that can also be added.

I've got the appropriate F&P brand "stacking kit with tray" that will fit both of these models, but I'm not sure if it's required. If it is, some of the overhead cabinetry might need to be removed to fit the stack.

Existing bracket needs to be removed from wall and new dryer hanged in place using supplied bracket kit. I can assist with any lifting during the process. I want to put a dryer on the shelf in my laundry cupboard. There is a shelf there, but I am not convinced it will take the 55Kg weight of a heat pump dryer. There is a solid MDF board to fix it to. This is necessary because the taps and power are on the back wall just above the washing machine.
