Diana was absolutely fantastic! 🌟 He was friendly, professional, and solved a really tough problem. The old dishwasher was extremely difficult to remove — even the official Miele installer couldn’t do it — but Diana handled it carefully and got it out with no issues. The installation was smooth and he went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
