When opened, dishwasher door simply falls open rather than opening smoothly with a tension. I think the spring function is no more working. It is an LG one and otherwise works fine.

Replace Bosch Dishwasher with LG (like-for-like) Task: Remove existing Bosch dishwasher and install new LG dishwasher in the same spot. All services already in place (water inlet, drain, and power). Disconnect and remove existing Bosch under-bench dishwasher Unbox and install new LG dishwasher (standard 600mm) Connect to existing water inlet, drain, and power point Level, secure, and run a test cycle to check for leaks and correct operation

They were ok. They didnt tighten the hose clamp for the drain, causing a big leak. They cut the silicone (which I was tyring to avoid), and when I asked them to come back to fix it, they did a poor job.
