Hi there, I am looking for a plumber to come and help me with a washing machine issue. I have just moved house and the washer, which was working perfectly in the old place, is now not draining properly. I have checked the water, cleaned the filter, used the emergency drain etc, I am now at the end of my very limited technical prowess and Samsung is looking to charge a bomb to come out and look at it. Help?

The dishwasher is not draining. The filter is clean, and the kitchen sink (which is what the dishwasher is plumbed into) is flowing freely. It is a single dish drawer dishwasher. Fisher & Paykel brand. We have free parking on site. Has to be done during business hours. Got a F warning on the machine and then a red cross. Washing machine only 1 year old. Think maybe tap or clog issue. Dryer is on top of the washing machine so would need to be moved a bit to access washing machine.
