The appliance is hardwired (not plugged into a power point). 2. Replace 4 × ceiling fans and 5 x ceiling lights with temporary fixtures (all will be replaced later with new lights/fans, current ones need to removed for painting). This is the first stage of the renovation. After the kitchen and laundry strip out is complete, I will also need a licensed electrician to return to connect the new oven and other electrical work, so there will be additional work available. Hi, I’m looking for a qualified electrician to check a Westinghouse electric cooktop. The cooktop is completely unresponsive — no lights or display, and it won’t turn on. I have a free-standing gas cooktop / oven that was removed when the floors of my villa unit were sanded. I now need to have the unit re-installed and fitted off again. The unit is sitting just out in the courtyard and it requires being lifted in up 1 small step and then back into its original position. The kitchen is next to the back door. The property is about to be listed on the market and photos are being taken on Thurs 20th August, so the job needs to be done ASAP prior to this date.
