(Note: There is a wide-open, clean rail space available on the right side of the board for this). Disconnect the old 10A gas ignition wiring from the island's internal conduit. Use the existing conduit pathway under the floor to pull a new single-phase cable from the switchboard to the island. Mount a local isolation switch inside the island cabinet, hardwire the unit, and test. Requirements: Must be a licensed electrician. Must provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES).
