I’m looking for a licensed electrician who can disconnect hardwired appliances and replace ceiling fans / lights ahead of stripout and painting. I am renovating my kitchen/house and need the following work completed: 1. Safely disconnect and isolate the power to an existing built-in electric oven/cooktop so it can be removed. The appliance is hardwired (not plugged into a power point). 2. Replace 4 × ceiling fans and 5 x ceiling lights with temporary fixtures (all will be replaced later with new lights/fans, current ones need to removed for painting). This is the first stage of the renovation. After the kitchen and laundry strip out is complete, I will also need a licensed electrician to return to connect the new oven and other electrical work, so there will be additional work available. Happy to talk through this additional scope while onsite for the above works. Remove current gas cooktop which is from technika model TU950TME8. And replace with new one from technika TFS9010DFX. Dumensions are the same. Need fully qualified. New dual fuel stove is unpacked, inspected, and compliantly connected to the existing gas and power supply. Level the appliance, install safety hardware, test functionality, demonstrate basic operation, tidy the area, remove your old stove and take it away. Certificate of compliance required for insurance.

4 out of the 6 burners are nothing working. couple of them, the lighter works but gas turns off once we let go of the handle. And others, the lighter doesnt work. one of the small burners black cover is missing. Want to get all of them fixed without having to replace the cooktop. Only put a bid if you are licensed and have insurance.

While pushing My cooktop knob one of the burner does not spark. It is of Technika company. There is one part that is there in the photos which is not working as expected. Everything else is fine. Just the red coloured part that sparks the Birender is not working The spark at the same burner happens if other knobs are pressed.
