Nespresso machine help I’ve run a descaling cycle on my Nespresso citiz machine and noticed afterward that it was stuck in descaling mode with the two lights flashing together but no other activity happening. After several attempts the lights have stopped flashing and I’ve reset the machine however it appears no water is flowing through. There is no noise when the lungo for example button (or espresso button) is pressed and no water is coming out/pumped. In a nutshell the buttons are working/flashing but nothing else is occurring, no water is coming through and I can’t hear any noise of pump, motor etc. I’m looking for someone to repair this at a reasonable cost. From my research and understanding, it needs to be opened to check if the safety switch has been tripped or damaged or an issue with a wire connection etc.
