Very impressed. My washing machine stopped working and Anthony identified the problem within minutes. He googled the part needed and totted up the cost to me for him to buy it, return and install it. I was fine for him to go ahead, but instead of easily making more money from my job, he suggested I consider replacing the washing machine altogether. He explained it was already 10+ years old and others things could go wrong, next week, next month, maybe longer, but it had a life span. He then helped me google alternative machines, giving me good advice on best brands in terms of value, longevity, reliability, parts costs etc based on his long working knowledge with these machines. I have now purchased a new machine online, two years warranty, delivered tomorrow and but for Anthony giving such good advice (and foregoing additional income) I may have repaired the old machine and dragged another years work out of it. An honest, knowledgeable and generous Tasker. Thank you

My Simpson EZI sensor 7kg front loading washing machine (SWF12743) never reaches the highest spins with or without clothes inside. As a result the clothes are still wet after the laundry cycle. Note: there's NO easily accessible filter or anything of this sort in this model. I also checked the hose and it's all good. My bet it's probably something wrong with the motor OR the software got messed up.
