Hi, My husband John and I own a Samsung 310L Bottom-Mount Fridge/Freezer (Model # SRL334NMB). Every time we open the freezer door, the freezer is full of chunks of ice - on the front of the shelves facing us, and on the bottom. Also, we have noticed a significant increase in our electricity bill the last two times, and we wondered if something wrong with the fridge/freezer could be causing this? We were wondering: a) for someone to give us a "diagnosis" b) for budgeting reasons, the approximate call-out fee + labour + parts, and c) if someone can come to our apartment anytime from 22nd November, please? Sometime between 10am and 6pm would be good, please :-) We've already gotten some quotes, the best being $95 call-out fee, $85 labour, plus unknown $ for any parts. This is the first time we've needed this service, so the budget we've named is simply a call-out fee. We're not sure what's best but we're happy to negotiate, and/or take advice.
