My Bosch washing machine won’t drain. It has E36 error message. Also need a broken sliding door removed from frame and rubbish disposed of

Brand: Fisher and Paykel Its a slideout rangehood/ exaust. its sliding tray got broken. So I cannot pull the tray fully it falls down, I can only open halfway. It happened due to a push accidentally which led to break one small piece under the tray which possibly used to hold the tray.

In the cafe, Marvie & Wolfe we have 3 hanging heaters and one of them blew off a month ago so need to get them checked.
