I’m looking for a licensed electrician to assist with replacing my existing freestanding oven. The job will need to be completed in two stages: Stage 1 – Before flooring work -Disconnect and safely remove the existing freestanding oven. -Check and prepare the electrical connection for the replacement oven. -Ensure the cabling/connection is positioned neatly so the new oven can sit as flush and tidy as possible once installed. The existing oven is quite old. I will then have flooring work completed before the new oven is installed. Stage 2 – After flooring is complete -Return to install and connect the new 54cm freestanding oven. The replacement oven has been selected but has not yet been purchased, and I can provide the details/specifications. Was getting a water error message on my dishwasher. Was told I need a new aqua stop solenoid valve for my dishwasher. Have purchased the part just need install. Have purchased a new one, and removed the old but not sure how to install. I have tried but still getting the error message.

I need a handy person to help install a new rangehood vent on an exterior brick wall. The existing round hole is a bit too small for the new vent’s spigot, so you’ll need to carefully enlarge the brick opening (just a few millimetres). I’ve already removed the old vent and have the new vent, wall plugs and screws ready to go. The job involves: * Enlarging the existing circular hole in the brickwork so the new vent fits snugly * Sliding the vent’s spigot into the duct and securing the duct * Mounting the vent flange to the wall using masonry screws and plugs * Sealing the duct connection with foil tape and finishing with exterior silicone for a weather‑tight seal * Cleaning up afterwards Materials: I will provide the vent, plugs and screws; please bring foil tape and any tools needed to enlarge the hole (e.g. masonry drill, chisel, grinder) and finish the job. Experience with brickwork and vent installations preferred.
