Hello, looking for a handyman to help me remove a new washing machine from my car to my apartment, and to help me for the set it up

We’ve just moved into our new place and can’t figure out how to get our washing machine to connect... it is a bit older, but worked perfectly in our previous home. It turns on but it won’t take water into the machine. I’ve tried taking off the hoses etc but still can’t get the water in. It just goes straight to the hose taking it out. Just need some advice on how to fix it as it worked the first time we used it.

Disconnect and remove old dishwasher out of cavity and install and connect new dishwasher (already at premise). Will need a trolley in order to move the dishwashers around (separate rooms). Can be done today or tomorrow, prefer business hours.

Pump not working and need to disassemble and install new pump.
