I have a Rinnai Spectrum wall heater previously using a chimney as it flue. I’ve undertaken a renovation and part of the chimney has been taken out. The main chimney is still intact but I will need a flue from the chimney through a tile roof or side flue (if that works) - for venting. I’m wanting a Gas Plumber to recommend / provide a flue option and install. I don’t have a flue currently so assistance in determining what is required would be helpful. Washing machine intermittently not draining, when I manually drain machine once error message comes up and fully dry the area inside where filter is and then run spin cycle only it will drain. Also door seal has a tear and leaks, second tear in last 12 months. Seal was replaced first tear, this seal is only 12 months old. Model is LG inverter direct drive 7.5kg
