Hi we have a leak we've had for a while ever since we removed the flashing at the bottom of our doors on our balcony. Looking for someone to purchase and properly install flashing + seal at the bottom of two of our door frames tomorrow at 10.30am. The place is an Airbnb so time has to be then as they can give access. We will cover cost of all materials.
