The glass sliding door is very heavy to open/close, I have cleaned the track, apply silicon lubricant, also tried soapy water, but only smooth to operate for 30 minutes. Need to repalce the timber side door, which also needs the frame to be adjusted or even replaced. Current door is 81cm X 203cm X 3.5cm and the witdth of the entry without frame is 89cm

The previous motor is broken and is already taken out. A new motor needs to be installed. Also, the door at the moment got stuck and not moving, so a little fixing of the door might be also neccessary.
