Our alfresco outdoor gyprock ceiling has partially collapsed so it needs replacing and old ceiling removed - looking at our house plan it says it is gyprock lined at 30c the plan also states that the alfresco area is 16.36m2

I've just had a sliding door and plasterboard bulkhead installed in my bedroom. I'm looking for someone to finish and paint the area. The job would involve: finishing/sanding a couple of small plasterboard patches painting the new bulkhead painting the timber mounting board behind the sliding-door track preparing and painting the sliding door, including both sides and edges, as it has a few existing marks matching the existing wall colour as closely as possible general minor touch-ups around the installation

Door dimensions: * Approx. 2035 mm (H) × 815 mm (W) * 35 mm thick We already have: * The lock/handle * The hinges The main work required is: * Fit and install the replacement door * Accurately drill/cut the required holes for the existing lock and handle * Fit the existing hinges * Install the existing lock/handle * Adjust the door as required so it opens, closes and locks correctly The lock/handle is currently positioned approximately 960 mm from the bottom of the door We can purchase and provide a suitable door from Bunnings, or we’re happy to discuss other options if you can supply/recommend one. Install surround to attic ladder door

Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to fix an outdoor storage door at a private property. The door is currently not sitting square/closing properly and may need to be rehung, adjusted or planed slightly to fit the frame. I’d also like a new deadbolt/lock installed. I’m happy to pay for any required materials and am open to recommendations on what to purchase. There may also be some additional handyman work available afterward, including replacing a side gate, if we’re happy with the workmanship. Photos attached.

Realign sagging shower glass door. After a while, it will go down on one side slightly and touch the other glass when closing. Once we lift it up, it is fine but slowly comes down over the days. Need a more permanent solution.

I have two door handles that I’d like changed out. One on a bedroom door, the other on a toilet door. I have both door handles.

I’m wanting a Handyman to put new fly wire on my security door out the front on the porch but also I’m wanting an 8 inch square or approximately 20 cm² to be cut out of the security door on the left-hand side for my cat to go in and out and then to put a flap over the cut out. This will be used when the front glass door is open so the cat could go in and out through the security door during the day.

We are in the process of painting the outside of our house. However, some of the frog tape that we have used has been left a little bit too long and has become very stuck to some of the outside windows and drain pipes. I’m looking for someone to scrape/remove and clean all remaining tape and glue that is stuck. Please see photos for all the areas that need doing. Install bathroom door in rivervale

I tried changing the door handle and ended up locking myself out of the room. Fast forward the door has got a massive hole in it now and needs to be replaced . I also need the fingerprint lock installed properly . I am expecting a rent inspection next week.. The door measures 801 mm wide 204.5 cm high
