Sliding wardrobe door track has come away from the wall at the top and sides. Old screw holes are chewed out and the chipboard packer behind the track is crumbling. Need the doors removed, the track refixed into the timber frame, and the doors rehung so they slide smoothly. There's a dead exhaust fan in the wardrobe, so watch for cabling.
