The tracks may be misaligned as there appears to be some wear on the top track.

Both the security screen and main door are not locking from the outside. They seem to be misaligned.

Needing 2 standard bedroom doors supplied and installed on metal door frames We have handles

The door keeps going once its up and jams and gets lopsided on the way down. We also dont have a key for the motor box Maybe new motor

We have a wooden internal sliding door in the guest bedroom. Seems to be an issue with the bracket that the wheels slide along - may have fallen off at the far end. Wheels still rolling but the door is crooked and doesn’t close

Install holes to screw in ring door bell into front door into brick

Need someone to replace a window aircon. My housemate and I replaced the one on the ground floor however this one is quite high up and MAY require you to go up on the roof. My housemate and I literally just ripped the old one out downstairs without needing to outside, shove the new one in and plug it in. Looking for someone to do this ASAP.
