Looking for an experienced renderer/painter to render and paint the existing concrete block wall running alongside our covered verandah. Wall dimensions: approximately 8.7m long × 1.8m high (15.7m²). The wall is currently exposed concrete blocks and we would like to improve the appearance, particularly as it is directly visible from our newly renovated kitchen. Job includes: * Prepare existing concrete block wall for rendering * Render the section of wall underneath/along the covered verandah only – not the entire garden boundary wall * Smooth, neat rendered finish * Paint rendered wall in Dulux White Duck (exterior paint) or equivalent if recommended * Appropriate primer/sealer and 2 coats exterior paint * Create a clean, neat finishing edge where the rendered section ends and the existing block wall continues * Protect existing timber decking, verandah posts and surrounding areas during works * Supply all labour, materials and equipment * Clean up and remove waste on completion The wall is easily accessible from the verandah/deck area. I need someone experienced to install a pre-made aluminium framed glass door between a garage and a room. Door size: approximately 1400mm wide × 2150mm high. The door has already been manufactured and is ready for installation. The job is installation only — no fabrication required. The installer will need to: * Position and level the door/frame * Secure the frame properly to the existing opening * Install/fix the door in place * Make sure the door opens and closes correctly * Seal around the frame if required * Bring your own tools and suitable fixings The door is already onsite. The door handle has come apart on a sliding door and needs replacing. I don’t have a door handle you’ll need this also. A have a towel rail that’s loose needs tightening/repair. Hopefully can be done today.

I am looking for options and costs of installing a dog door. The door is the old wooden style, but it could do with some refurbishment (see photos) - I don't know if that's possible, also happy without. there is a fly screen door but that can be propped open as I imagine it's easier to do the one door rather than both. It's for a mini sausage dog who will end up being around 7kg, so fairly small size. I am happy to reimburse for the door or purchase one and do some research on sizes. Thank you

Hi, I’m looking for someone to replace our flyscreen mesh on a sliding screen door. The existing fibreglass mesh has a tear from our dogs. I’ve already purchased a roll of replacement fibreglass flyscreen mesh (pictured). Job involves: * Removing the old mesh. * Installing the new fibreglass mesh. * Reusing the existing spline/rubber if possible (or let me know if it needs replacing). * Ensuring the mesh is pulled tight with no wrinkles. The door frame is in good condition and doesn’t need repairing. Need completed ASAP.

Need the bracket for my Bunnings sliding barn door fixed after it fell down - it needs reanchoring back securely onto the wall with stronger fixings. The screws have pulled clean out (note: the door itself is light weight as it’s hollow)
