We need a handyman to complete three small maintenance jobs at our premises in Clontarf: 1. Supply & install shelf beside bathroom basin - Supply a suitable shelf for the left-hand side of the basin, as shown in the photos. - We would like to approve the shelf/style before it is purchased. - Shelf should be suitable for a commercial bathroom and securely fixed to the wall. - Approved shelf cost will be reimbursed separately. 2. Repair slight basin leak - The bathroom basin has a slight leak underneath. - Please inspect the plumbing and repair the leak. 3. Install automatic door closer - We have already purchased a Ryobi 45kg Hydraulic Door Closer, which is ready to be installed. - Install and adjust the door closer so the bathroom door closes correctly and reliably. - Door closer is supplied. Ideally, we'd like all three jobs completed during the same visit. Budget: $220 + approved shelf cost. Please include basic fixings/materials required for the installation in your offer. It is from Ideal Barn Door Brisbane and comes with the backing timber, track, door hardware and everything needed for installation. The door will be delivered on Thursday, so installation after Thursday would be ideal. Looking for someone who can install it properly, make sure the track is level, the door slides smoothly, and everything is secure and finished neatly.
