We are moving reception to our office which is next door so I need to deconstruct the existing desk and sell it. It is a custom made desk for the space and looks to be built into the wall so some painting and plastering may be required. We would also like to move the cabinets behind the desk next door to the new reception if possible.

Blind is stuck in the lower right hand corner. Possibly a broken wire. Can't be moved upward. Left side unlocks but not the right. Handle seems to work ok. Needs fixing.

New rugs have been purchased but the doors for the respective rooms need to be shaved down about 1 cm at the most so the doors can be closed after the rugs are installed. They are original doors in a 130 year old Queenslander home.

We have lost remote control signal function to our garage door and sliding gate. This failure occurred on our return from holiday and after the recent electrical storms in Brisbane.
