Looking for someone to fix my front door handle. My apartment's front door handle is not working properly. We can only push it upwards to open the door. The door does not open when the handle is pushed downwards. I have attached some photos of the handle. Would ideally want someone to come repair this tomorrow or Wednesday (27th June or 28th June). - Due date: Flexible

I've got a very old kitchen cupboard door that's come off and needs to be screwed back in (it goes under the sink so it's not large). You'll need to putty up the existing holes and bring your own screws in order to do it. Located in Maroubra.

I have 4 x glass louvre windows held within aluminum power coat framing that all need to be removed and taken offsite from the balcony side (they can’t be removed from external). Very important to MINIMIZE damage to surrounding render when removing (or it will need to be patched and fixed) as new aluminum louvres are coming to be installed .. Currently have 3 chain cranked windows which need to be replaced every year due to the salty air corrosion and rusting of both the chain and the nails. Would love to hear a solution with no iron without completely replacing the type of window (and the installation of course). Please advise what exactly you would be providing.
