I've got 4 doorways where the bottom of the frames (architraves) are a bit battered— 12 sections all up - peeling paint and some chunks missing. I want to fix them properly using a "Plinth Block" at the bottom - example in photos. What needs doing: 1. Cut out the damaged parts at the floor and swap them for square plinth blocks. Like the last photo. 2. Whrre damage goes up a bit higher on some doors you need you to scrape off the old flaky paint and use builders bog to rebuild the shape. It needs to be sanded back so it looks original once painted. 3. Replace Skirting near drawers- either chip into the plaster for clear or shave back the board so the drawers can still open. The problem is mainly the lower section of the skirting. Will pay for bog and mouldings.

Our front door is getting harder and harder to close and I need someone to fix it. It is rubbing above door lock (see photos), and seems to be slightly off kilter. I'm not sure of the best solution, but I guess it could be fixed by sanding the door or frame, or hanging. See attached photos.
