I require the removal of existing handrails and the supply and installation of four new, highly stable handrails for either side of two sets of outdoor steps (five steps per set). The current rails are screwed directly into the steps and are unstable. The new rails must be set into concrete (either core-drilled into existing substrate or set in new concrete footings) to ensure they are solid and do not rely on screws into brick. Specifications: Height: The top of the handrail must be between 865mm and 1000mm measured vertically from the stair nosing. The height must be consistent throughout the flight. Grip: The handrail must have a circular cross-section with an external diameter of 30mm to 50mm to allow for a full "power grip." Continuity: The rail should, where possible, extend at least one tread depth beyond the top and bottom risers. Scope of work: Remove 4x existing timber handrails fixed to brick. Supply and install 4x new handrails (Treated Timber or Galvanised/Powder-coated Metal). Anchor all posts directly into concrete for maximum stability. Ensure all surfaces where old rails were removed are left neat, flush, and safe. Requirements for Applicants: You must have experience with structural handrail installations. Please provide photos of previous work with an address of a prior installation in the local (Randwick council) area that I can drive to inspect the quality and stability. Tools: bring your own.

I need a handyman to fix a kitchen door - the hinges no longer affix to the whole in the pannel (Kabodel Kitchen). We've tried a bunch to fix but no luck. Our toilet seat also needs fixing.

We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish. Our wardrobe door is jammed, when we closed the door our drawer came out with lots of clothes which jammed the door and now we can't open it.

Our front door is getting harder and harder to close and I need someone to fix it. It is rubbing above door lock (see photos), and seems to be slightly off kilter. I'm not sure of the best solution, but I guess it could be fixed by sanding the door or frame, or hanging. See attached photos.
