One trim of trim around one door has been damaged so I would also like this replaced. Will supply MDF doors from Bunnings, hinges and hardware, however it is an old house so I expect that might need work to fit. Would also like one other internal door removed and shaved slightly as it is currently sticking when closing and two other doors that are catching on the carpet when opening. In total: 2 new doors hung, 3 doors adjusted.

I tried changing the door handle and ended up locking myself out of the room. Fast forward the door has got a massive hole in it now and needs to be replaced . I also need the fingerprint lock installed properly . I am expecting a rent inspection next week.. The door measures 801 mm wide 204.5 cm high

Needs someone handy with a drill, fly screen door has come away at the bottom. Hinges need screwing in. Also reticulation box has come off wall fixings just need it drilled/fixed back in. Should take 30 mins max.
