Need a door replaced. Did not have the keys to the room - was able to take off the door knob from the outside and that still didn’t work - so had to smash through the door to get to the other side. The doorknob is still locked. Looking for someone to come and remove the door, purchase a similar door, replace it & take the (removed) door with them for disposal. Please offer a reasonable price.

Hello, My garage motor on the single roller door has been playing up since I’ve moved in, I have two remote, one doesn’t work and is broken and the other one works randomly, every other week.. I can use the manual button on the motor, but it stops about 6 inches off the ground and can only go up with the power of the motor if I push the door up with it. I think it might need replacing but perhaps it has been set up wrong because it’s rolls down super quick but rolls up super slow (when it did work on its own without assistance)
