I’m looking for someone experienced with fly screen replacement to repair/replace one fly screen in a rental property: • 1 x sliding door fly screen The mesh has small holes caused by a cat, so the frames are intact — it’s just the mesh that needs replacing or whatever is easiest to replace. This is a rental, so the work needs to be neat, secure, and professional, suitable for a final inspection. Please bring all tools and materials (happy to discuss mesh type if needed). Repair an internal door hole, the door is hollow and looking for someone to fix the hole fully. For reference the hole has a 5-6cm radius

Replace all of the sealant (i can provide sealant remover) without damaging the wall or the tiles. This is a long, slow job as it requires scraping, application of the remover and scrubbing. The sealant lengths measure in metres. 4.3 m 4.6 m 1.64 m 2.6 m 2.0 m The final section doesn’t require removal just filling with preferably concrete, or if needed sealant or grouting into a 2.5 m length that is 30 cm wide to provide a full seal. This area is hard to access due to the narrow gap between the house and water tank.

The handle and lock of the door is missing and broken. Part of the door is broken. Needs to install a new handle and fix the broken part of the door.

2 bedroom doors, located side by side wont latch shut. I tried playing with the door hinge screws which worked for about a month, but now its gone back to how it was -- wont latch shut. Wondering if anyone knows a simple fix, like maybe a strike plate with a bigger hole might work? Thoughts from the experts...?

Two mirrored bathroom cabinet doors with Salice hinges (see pictures) that slot and pop in need to be returned to their rightful positions. I accidentally triggered the pop mechanism on one and had the do the same on the bottom to prevent it crashing down. In order to work out how to put it back, I used another one and they are too heavy to put back myself. No broken hinges / doors. Thanks for any help! Kelly

The laundry room door has partially come off the wall, and the rollers above the door have come out of the track too. I need to re-secure it. I can provide power tools, nails, hammer.
