The photos show lengths of outdoor grouting between the tiles/pavers that have deteriorated I request these be re-grouted and ask that it be a neat job and that the grouting is not spread all over the tiles/pavers. The lengths are between 150 mm and 3 m long and I estimate a total of 15 m. The colour appears to be a sandy/beige colour. I’m happy for you to visit to provide a more accurate quote. Old railway sleepers have rotted and need replacing

2 bedroom doors, located side by side wont latch shut. I tried playing with the door hinge screws which worked for about a month, but now its gone back to how it was -- wont latch shut. Wondering if anyone knows a simple fix, like maybe a strike plate with a bigger hole might work? Thoughts from the experts...?

Two mirrored bathroom cabinet doors with Salice hinges (see pictures) that slot and pop in need to be returned to their rightful positions. I accidentally triggered the pop mechanism on one and had the do the same on the bottom to prevent it crashing down. In order to work out how to put it back, I used another one and they are too heavy to put back myself. No broken hinges / doors. Thanks for any help! Kelly

The laundry room door has partially come off the wall, and the rollers above the door have come out of the track too. I need to re-secure it. I can provide power tools, nails, hammer.
