My garage door is broken, the door is attached to a plastic piece that slides it up - and it keeps popping out before it opens. The name on the motor is Guardian Automation. We're located in North Freo.

Uninstall plastic lockbox; screen door wall magnet and reinstall at Pt Kennedy house, 15 minutes away. Both walls are brick. Other jobs in future if worker is ok.

Brick exterior walls ar both addresses. 15 minutes apart. Take lockbox and door magnet off wall and reinstall at another house.

I have purchased a large pine barn door, which I'm currently in the process of staining. I have also bought a set which included the rail, rollers, soft-close fittings (both ends), floor guide and handles - which are all now ready for installation. The full task will include: 1. Installing the handles on the door. 2. Installing the rollers/wheels on the door. 3. Installing a length of flat timber (stained pine) to the timber stud wall (per instruction manual). This isn't shown in the pictures because I haven't bought it and stained it yet, but it will be the same colour as the door. 4. Installing the rails to the wall, complete with soft-close fittings 5. Installing the floor guide (I have a newly installed wooden floor). 6. Making a small cut in the skirting board to allow the door to fully close I have a full set of instructions that come with the rail/wheels, and all screws, bolts, spaces, washers, etc are supplied with the door. The door itself is 1220mm wide x 2200mm tall x 40mm thick and is solid pine, so it's quite heavy. I've attached photos of all the gear, as well as the opening that the barn door needs to be installed. Please reach out with any questions you have. ***Hi Guys - really sorry about the delay. Install a eufy doorbell, eufy floodlight/camera/solar panel (it’s one piece) and hang a 2.5 metre painting. The painting will need a few points of anchoring and will be on an internal single brick wall. It’s basically just lots of drilling and mounting work 😂 a handyman with experience is needed.
