Need a handyman who can repair a door that came off its hinges due to strong wind and also damaged the door frame. Secondly another door needs a handle/lock replaced or potentially just fixed if possible. There is also damage around the door handle that needs to be repaired.

We are renovating a bedroom and have just had a new wardrobe installed. Unfortunately, this damaged the ceiling as per the photo. Secondly, the door/jam right next to that wardrobe is very old fashioned and we want to replace it. I have included a photo of another inside door that we want it matched to. Need to apply a door lock for my room so old handle will need removing. New handle will require newly measured holes, drilled and previous ones filled in.

Re caulk bottom trim of sliding door 5m long section. Most likely remove old caulking and replace new. Non stick product as door previous caulk is sticky attracting grime. Black colour would be best.

I need a wooden cupboard/stroage unit designed and installed to cover up the tap, hose, water pipes and water unit in the picture. The top of the unit should be sloped away from the house (for drainage) and should lift/hinge up for access to the tap/hose etc It should fit snuggly between the fence and the door frame, and be made of a a wood type that can be painted and which will be weather-proof.
