Glass door is starting to catch on the frame and is difficult to open and close

The screw on the hinge of my balcony door has broken (see photo attached), so looking for a handy man to fix it.

A wooden part of the window awning has fallen off, I need someone to reattach it, the access of the window frame is tricky. There is a roof beneath the window however unsure if it can hold body weight. Please assess carefully before quoting. Thanks

Install a 3 metre wide window awning above a sliding door and a small awning above a solar inverter.

Current bathroom door opens into the middle of the bathroom - using the same door we just want to swap the side of the hinges, move the strike plate, reverse the latch bolt etc. As well as fill in where the hinges, screws, strike etc. was, sanded and prep for painting.

The screen door can’t close, the door is detaching from the frame because the screws are loose, they just need to be screwed back property and securely
