Requiring a professional with own equipment and materials (including steam cleaner or pressure washer) and public liability insurance. For pressure washing, access to indoor power/water can be provided. It’s a standard residential home so please confirm you have necessary fittings/adapters needed in advance. Flexible on date - probably late next week (mid March). The task will include thorough cleaning of various surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, to leave the balcony spac looking and feeling refreshed. Exterior task only - no interior cleaning required. * Remove all debris, including leaves and dirt, from the balcony floor and surfaces. * Steam clean and/or pressure wash the balcony floor to remove all dirt and stains, including bird droppings, ensuring care is taken with drainage and surrounding materials. See photos for indoor tap connections - allow about 10m to reach balcony entrance. * Clean all interior glass panels, ensuring a streak-free finish. * Clean exterior of the air conditioning unit, removing dust and grime. * Clean all three louvers thoroughly, removing all dust and cobwebs. Note the louvers are static. Wash down all windows and cladding from floor to ceiling, including the ends of the balcony. * Clean the balcony table and two chairs, ensuring they are free of dirt, dust, or bird droppings. * Ensure all cleaning residue is rinsed away and the balcony is left dry and tidy. Please include the cost of on-site parking ($10) in your quote. There’s underground paid parking with lift access from there.
