Hire a trusted window cleaning service in Toorak

Looking for an experienced professional window cleaner to clean approximately 42 window panes and four floor-to-ceiling glass doors at a private residential property in Toorak. The house is predominantly single-level, with extensive architectural floor-to-ceiling glazing overlooking landscaped gardens, internal courtyards and a pond. Scope of work: Clean all window panes and glass doors, inside and outside. Remove dirt, watermarks, fingerprints and streaks. Wipe down accessible window frames and sills. Take care around timber floors, furniture and landscaped areas. Bring all necessary professional window-cleaning equipment and supplies. Important – Pond access: Some exterior windows are situated directly above or alongside a shallow ornamental pond. These windows will require either: A sufficiently long professional extension pole to clean the glass from the pond's edge; or Suitable waterproof boots/waders to access the shallow pond, provided it is safe to do so without damaging the pond or its lining. Applicants should assess the photographs and explain how they propose to access and clean these particular windows. Requirements: Proven experience cleaning large architectural glass panels. Appropriate equipment for reaching difficult exterior glazing. Public liability insurance preferred. Careful handling of the property's landscaping, pond and interior finishes. Please review the attached photographs before submitting an offer and confirm that your quotation includes all 42 window panes and four glass doors, inside and outside.
