Looking for someone to help coordinate my wedding on the day. Everything is booked in and vendors are locked in. It would just be the coordination of the runsheet and ensuring all items are in their correct place. Wedding is taking place in the rocks on the 10th of the 10th 2026

Job: Wedding Coordinator / On-the-Day Event Manager Date: Sunday 9 November 2025 Time: Approx. 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (around 12 hours, with breaks – timings flexible as final schedule is still being confirmed) Location: Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney – Lion Gate Lodge Details: We are looking for a reliable wedding coordinator to oversee our wedding day. You’ll be the go-to person on site, working alongside our stylist, caterer, musicians, photographer, florists, and bartenders to make sure everything runs smoothly so we can relax and enjoy. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing deliveries and supplier set-up from the morning (stylist, hire items, caterer, florals, musicians etc.) - Making sure the ceremony and reception spaces are styled and ready on time - Coordinating the day’s timeline (ceremony, canapés, dinner, speeches, cake cutting, first dance) - Acting as the main point of contact for suppliers and bridal party - Troubleshooting discreetly (wet weather plan, timing shifts, moving items, guest queries) - Helping transitions (ceremony → reception, speeches → dancefloor) - Supporting pack down handover to suppliers as your shift finishes in the evening Requirements: - Experience coordinating weddings or events (references a plus) - Strong organisational and people skills - Calm, proactive and professional - Comfortable managing a full day with good energy What we’ll provide: - Detailed run sheet & supplier contact list before the day - Meals, drinks, and breaks - Support from the stylist team + bartenders

Require the services of an on-the-day coordinator for our wedding. Services would be required from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, 27 September 2025. Scope includes: - transporting of wedding sign to church (Chippendale) and then transporting sign to reception (Surry Hills) - providing organist and choir cues - coordinating bridal entrance, guiding bridal party, ensuring the ceremony flows smoothly - welcoming and managing guests to find their seats - working with florist and overseeing set up of church and reception space - take down of pews and tidy up

Hi - we are getting married and looking for an on the day wedding coordinator. Wedding location: the Calyx, Sydney Botanic Gardens. Hours: Half day - 2pm to 9 pm (Cake served) + one meeting in advance and coordination with vendors in advance of the day. Your role: - Arrange and coordinate vendors; - ensure the day is running in accordance with plans - assist guests, bridal party - be a 'right hand' to the bride and the groom for their ordinary needs - be friendly, warm and respectful to guests and staff Skills: - Project management - communication skills - time management - Friendly and easy going - 'on top of the detail' We do not require set up or installation as that is covered by our event team and stylist / florist.

Looking for someone to assist with simple co-ordination tasks on the day of our elopement/wedding to make things run smoothy. Will be requied for a few hours from around 12-4PM. Tasks will include: - Ensuring table cards are set up at reception venue (restaurant in the CBD) and potentially delivering cake to restaurant - Transporting speakers & champagne glasses to wedding venue (in CBD) and setting up - Setting up chairs at ceremony (24 people attending); - Directing guests to ceremony room; - Playing music during ceremony (on speakers); - Serving champagne directly after ceremony; - Assiting florist with setup at ceremony if needed; - Assisting guests into taxis for transfer to reception. - Packing down speakers & champagne glasses and delivering them back to our home - Tidying up any rose petals after ceremony. - Other ad hoc tasks as may be needed on the day.
