Must have experience preparing independent expert reports is important. Looking for experience in waterproofing defects/remediation, NCC requirements, relevant Australian Standards and strata remedial works. Bathroom waterproofing — Darlinghurst — licensed only Small bathroom in a strata apartment, 2.5m x 2.0m, first floor. Bath being removed and replaced with a walk-in shower, so the wet area is expanding. Need full membrane to the floor and walls to the heights required under AS 3740, applied to bare substrate after strip-out. Must be licensed. The strata by-laws require a waterproofing compliance certificate to be provided to the owners corporation, so I need your NSW licence number and a certificate on completion. Waterproofing of bathroom floor and walls

Tiny bathroom (1,500 mm x 750 mm) reno. Need it waterproofed, wall tiles re-grouted and new floor tiles (laid over existing ones) Tiles provided. They are 50mm x 50mm sheeted, plain white.

There seems to be a severe water leakage in my bathroom, I would like to have the waterproofing redone if there is any. I will remove all tiles, and redo the cosmetics myself, so only paying for waterproofing job alone.

Come to our attention our shower is leaking and the tiling needs to be resealed. We also have a toilet that is leaking water. Will need help with both and make sure tiles are not leaking water into the hallway

WP labor Sydney Clean prep

We pulled a bath and its frame out, and now want to turn this space into a shower only, plus remove some of the lower wall tiles where mould is in the grout. Waterproofing needs redoing, and we’ll use the same wall tiles, and look to get the matching floor tiles also. Planning on putting in a glass sliding door and new shower/tap ware too.
