The downstair toilets seem to be blocked and not drained well at times. Hello, I need a plumber to assist a couple of odd jobs: 1. Connect a water pump (already purchased) to an underdeck water tank, The pump is likely to be positioned either at the same height, or slightly higher, therefore will require a one way valve I believe (to be supplied). 2. To duct a ceiling bathroom exhaust fan, cut a new hole in a skillion roof and attach to a cowl (already purchased). Likely to need some flashing I expect (to be supplied). 3. Hi, My toilet is constantly leaking water and the flush cover is broken. It is a ceramic flush and the cover was ceramic too. I tried to pull the flush cover off to see why it was leaking water and probably pulled it too hard and it came off with the flush button and slipped off my hand. The cover broke into pieces and I had to throw the cover out. I was hoping if you would be able to install a new cover for the flush and fix the leak. Hope to hear from you soon thank you.

Shower is leaking badly - taps are old and need new washers

I have 2 showers that need their silicon renewed/replaced. They are small showers around 70x70.

I want bathroom vanity replaced and new taps installed. Looking to get basic vanity but not sure where to get it from. Also need floor tiles and tiles and soap dish on bath replaced. Small bathroom . Can send photos privately. Looking at cost estimates- happy to get work done from February onwards subject to availability of tradies.
