It's an LG front loader washing machine. The rim around the edges of the door leaks. But id also like the machine to be serviced for any other issues. It should generally be ok.

Hello - I’m hoping to find someone experienced to service my Mum’s Bosch washing machine and replace the rubber seal. Current issues we are experiencing are the door not closing easily - it takes quite a shove to get it closed - and my Mum is not that strong. The washing liquid tray is also filling up with water regularly, so there may be a blockage. Would love this diagnosed as well. Lastly, the inner seal is very, very dirty when opened up. Ideally, we would like this replaced. I am happy to purchase parts (new rubber seal?) that may be needed before the service as we’d like it fixed in one trip, if at all possible.
