Need help hanging outdoor lights on exterior and roof of 2-story house. Extra tall ladder will be needed. Lights are approximately 150ft-200ft long and have adhesives. No hooks required.

1) Clean all gutters and re-secure the loose gutter guards in front with color-matched zip screws (about every 2 ft). 2) Add extensions to any downspouts that drain at the house, especially the right side/backyard. Elbow + extension so water lands 4-6 ft from the foundation, sloped away, with a splash block at the end. Screw the joints. 3) Install kick-out flashing where the roof meets the exterior wall so water goes into the gutter, not down the wall. 4) Replace the weatherstripping on the back French doors.

Clean gutters and I will tip if they can snuggle them up a bit

I’m looking for someone experienced with window sealing, weatherproofing, acoustic sealing, or window AC installation to reduce aircraft noise coming into my apartment. My windows are already double glazed, so I do not need new windows at this stage. The main concern is sound leaking around and through the existing window AC unit and possibly around the window frame/seals. I’d like someone to: * Inspect the full window and AC installation for air/sound leaks * Properly seal gaps around the window AC chassis, side panels and perimeter * Replace or improve any weak foam/weatherstripping currently around the AC * Seal gaps around the existing window sash/frame where appropriate * Use dense, acoustically effective materials rather than just basic expanding foam * Keep the window and AC safe, functional and removable if needed * Avoid blocking AC ventilation or drainage * Recommend whether any additional removable acoustic treatment around the AC would help The main issue is aircraft noise, including low-frequency rumble, rather than echo inside the apartment. I’m looking for someone who has experience with acoustic sealing, glazing/window installation, HVAC/window AC sealing, or soundproofing. Please let me know what materials you would use and include photos/examples of similar work if possible.

Remove and dispose of leaves and clutter in gutters on house.

Licensed roofer needed for a single-family home in Long Beach to inspect and repair a roof leak affecting the garage. A termite inspection identified fungus/dry rot damage to the garage sheathing, believed to be caused by weather exposure. The job is to locate the source of the water intrusion, repair the roof leak, make the area watertight, and repair or replace any damaged garage sheathing as needed. It is required to provide before and after photos and an invoice describing the completed work so the area can be submitted for reinspection.

I've contacted the Solar company that installed it on September 24, 2026 and I have not gotten a response yet. They did not leave room for a six inch gutter. I need an extension on the pole.
