Hello I need a plumber with a LARGE snake that can assist with cleaning out a problematic toilet in my restaurant. It has been acting up but I feel a nice snake deep would help alleviate.

I have a great trap in my commercial kitchen I need replaced - ordered new one it will be here this weekend work starts Monday - I need it simply piped in and functional. Piping will be: [sink] ↓ horizontal pipe ↓ (3” flow control added here) ↓ ↓ drop into grease trap (on floor) ↓ outlet → reconnect to drain line Plumbing already installed from sink is imaging it’s just an hour or two connecting the pipe and it’s all above ground no reason it should be more than my price.

Need 2 kitchen fluorescent light bulbs sourced and replaced, bathroom and stovetop fans sourced and replaced. Fix leaking Shower door - these are priorities If possible - sand and repaint 2 cupboard boards, fix, hose down and source new tire for old bike

Remove old countertop remove one lower cabinet replace with new countertop on the other lower cabinet cut out hole for a drop in sink install the drop in sink might need to extend the plumbing a bit. Plumbing is on the outside of the wall pipe might be need to get cut. I had someone look at it. They said it was easy to do, but I would like second opinions.

I purchased a new shower head for my apartment that I need help installing. I have assembled the new head but can’t get the old one off.
