fix leaking bathroom sink

Need help to pick up new dishwasher from Lowe’s and have it installed at my home. Will also need to have the old one removed and taken away. Note the old one still works. One note: my home doesn’t have an airgap for the dishwasher so need to still install it without it like the current one is. LOWES would not install it because I didn’t have one. You can keep the old dishwasher to sell or use since it works and is a Samsung

One piece Toto toilet is leaking slowly, and the shutoff valve is also leaking (doesn’t turn off). The valve is in tile work so it may be cheaper/easier to add a second valve on top of the existing valve, than to fix the valve. The toilet of course also has to stop leaking. We tried replacing some components already. Water pressure is high which might contribute to the degradation.
