My studio apartment is located up one flight of stairs and I'm moving five miles away. My new apartment is up a flight of stairs too. Parking the truck at both places will be right at the stairs if it's a regular-sized or long-bed truck. I have a bed frame, mattress, desk, little vanity, two dressers, two small tables, TV, TV stand, office chair, microwave, approx. ten boxes and five trash bags of clothes. Two hours loading and unloading, and an additional hour for travel and extra time. Three hours total. I also have an SUV you can load so I prefer just a regular or long bed truck to make things easier for moving.
