Hi, we have a heavy plant that needs to be moved from an apartment on the 11th floor to the ground level where the trash is. There is an elevator. Please be aware that the plant is quite heavy and will require at least two people to carry it. If just one person, you'll need some sort of cart and a tool to assist in carrying the plant safely to avoid damaging the hardwood floor. Note that we cannot provide any tools or assistance with the move.
