In a couple of locations tree roots are lifting the pavers ( 6" x 4"). Some digging is involved, about foot, Cut the tree roots and put the pavers back in place. My estimate is that the work is about 4 hours.

I have black lava rocks in part of my front landscape. Need the rocks moved, new weed blocker fabric laid and put rocks back. Worker must either haul away all debris or coordinate city pickup. The job is not complete until the debris is physically gone. Only homeowner-approved materials are extra. No deposit, progress payment, partial payment or additional fees. Full payment is made after everything is completed, cleaned and accepted. Worker must supply everything needed and finish within five consecutive calendar days.
