Looking for an experienced mobile Mercedes mechanic near Garden Grove/Westminster. Vehicle: 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA250, 2.0L turbo M270 engine, front-wheel drive. The thermostat housing is leaking coolant, and the car previously overheated. It still starts and runs, but I will not drive it until it is repaired. I already have all the parts: * Thermostat housing * Three coolant hoses/lines * Four intake-manifold gaskets * Throttle-body gasket * Required seals/clips * Mercedes-approved coolant I need a labor-only flat-rate quote to: * Remove the intake manifold and replace the thermostat housing * Install the three coolant hoses/lines * Reassemble everything with the new gaskets * Refill and properly bleed or vacuum-fill the cooling system * Pressure-test for leaks * Scan for overheating codes and verify normal operating temperature Please message me with your labor price, availability, Mercedes M270 experience and labor warranty. I have a 2016 Mazda3 2.5L Skyactiv (144,000 miles) that needs an experienced mechanic to diagnose an engine noise. Symptoms: Loud metallic knocking/ticking noise from the passenger/front side of the engine. Noise increases with RPM and is noticeable at idle. New metal-on-metal squeaking noise immediately after startup. Engine shook/vibrated at idle on one occasion. Check engine light with knock sensor code (P0327/P0328). What I need: Diagnose the source of the noise before replacing any parts. Determine whether it's coming from the accessory drive (belt, tensioner, idler, alternator, A/C compressor, water pump) or inside the engine (timing chain, VVT, valvetrain, etc.).
