Headlights wont turn on when bike is started or on in general. This is a 2005 yamaha r6

2003 chevy s10 , crank no start , scanner doesnt read ignition being on, started happening after fuse was replaced with higher amperage causing it to blow and fuel pump replacement. Has had a parasitic drain for years as well
